Project requirements
Supply the drawing revision, units, tolerances and critical mating dimensions. Clearly distinguish requirements from reference dimensions and include photos only as supporting information.
Inspection and acceptance
Agree the sample inspection plan, RF tests and installation check before making the sample. Record any approved deviations so the confirmed drawing and later orders remain consistent.
